MENTAL HEALTH. Why still a taboo?
Mental health
Oh! I have fever.. Don't you worry. Take medicine, you will be "ALRIGHT"
and for stomach ache.? It can also cured by medicine . You just have to take prescribed medicine for some days and then you will be ALRIGHT
Hey! Listen want to tell you something. Actually I am having some anxiety issues. I feel depressed. I feel broken, devastated. I don't like anything.
Surprisingly this time response was different..
What ? Anxiety, depression?.. What are you talking? You are just overthinking. Infact you are ALRIGHT
This time no Medicine, no doctor not even acceptance that some issue is there.. Here where the problem begans.
Mental health was ignored and things got worse.
Mental and emotional health is eminently important for every one from childhood and teenage through adulthood
So it is high time to priorities our and other mental health. It is very simple that if we need physician to treat fever, stomach ache and other physical problems. Consonantly we need a psychiatrist or a counselor to treat mental health..
Just have a minute, talk to other, try to be there for other, try to understand their sudden changed behaviour change...
- It will help.
- It will affect how that person think, feel and act
- BE KIND
